Nurturing Staff as Professionals (Part I) and The Reflective Director (Part II)
The Georgia Association on Young Children (GAYC) is pleased to offer two Professional Development Director Institutes. Designed specifically for child care and education directors and administrators, these institutes offer professionals the opportunity to explore and discuss state-of-the art approaches for nurturing and reflectively working with staff to jointly improve programs. Please join us.
Who Should Attend?
Child care and education program directors, assistant directors, curriculum and Pre-K coordinators, principals, administrators, and consultants for programs serving children from birth through age 12.

This cost includes: A binder of materials/handouts plus for Part I: Blueprint for Action: Achieving Center-Based Change Through Staff Development (valued at $30) by Jorde Bloom, Sheerer and Britz and Creating Better Child Care (valued at $10) or for Part II The Visionary Director by Margie Carter and Deb Curtis (valued at $30).
